What the job involves
- We are seeking an organised, social and detail-oriented Customer Offboarding & Renewals Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (8-16 hours per week)
- In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth communication with customers within our Customer Onboarding department
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding contract termination
- Assist in offboarding customers in line with company procedures
- Coordinate and follow up on the return of leased hardware
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and equipment returns
- Support the Renewals team with administrative tasks and process improvements
