Who you are
- You will be able to work in cross-functional teams demonstrating a high level of autonomy, motivation, and discipline
- You will have experience in building and scale Ambassador programs and/or recruiting influencers and managing influencer relationships in house or in agency. You may also come from a sales background, having an experience to build a team of sales representatives across different geographies remotely
- You will have a strong understanding of how Instagram/TikTok operates, how influencers monetise their following via CPI campaigns. It is imperative to have hands-on knowledge of social media marketing and growth
What the job involves
- We are looking for an Influencer Ambassador Manager to join Sweatcoin in our journey to making the world healthier and to help drive us to 100mln users worldwide. Sweatcoin is the fastest-growing health and fitness startup ever and you will have a chance to make an impact. You’ll be a member of our Growth team in charge of our influencer outreach. When we say 'influencer', we don't just mean celebrities & lifestyle bloggers, but a wide range of the internet's largest curators …tiktok creators, fitness accounts, meme accounts, dog accounts, travel accounts, etc
- You will be developing the Ambassador Influencer Program to assist the recruitments of the best influencers globally to the platform and that will aid growth and expose the Sweatcoin app to a wider audience
- Develop Influencer Ambassador Program - the sales engine that will drive influencers to our Influencer program globally on all markets we are present now and expanding to
- Be owner of the Program, recrute Ambassadors to the program and be responsible for implementation and operation of the program working on it with internal and external teams
- Develop scripts, sales techniques, training and contracts for influencer Ambassadors
- Recruit, train, supervise and support Influencer Ambassadors
