Role

Who you are

  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working in CRM platforms and has a strong understanding of how-to bring audience strategies to life through precise and efficient execution
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM/email marketing, marketing operations, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airship, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in structured, fast-paced environments
  • Curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to dive into data or platform documentation
  • Familiarity with basic HTML, project management tools, and QA processes a plus

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a technically savvy and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of direct-to-fan communications
  • This role is focused on developing and executing CRM strategy—owning campaign builds, segmentation, testing, and performance tracking across email, push, app, and other owned channels
  • Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies that drive engagement across the customer lifecycle
  • Assist with customer segmentation to enable targeted, relevant communications
  • Build, test, and launch campaigns across email, push, app, and other channels
  • Ensure messaging consistency, personalization, and timely delivery
  • Define and monitor key CRM performance metrics such as retention and engagement
  • Analyze campaign results to support ongoing optimization efforts
  • Manage technical components of campaign execution including filters, triggers, dynamic content, and tracking
  • Execute A/B testing and ensure quality control through thorough QA processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform or data-related issues as they arise
