Who you are

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or similar role with a focus on analytics and insights
Knowledge within blockchain technology, crypto or web3 would be beneficial
Strong proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Postgres and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS Glue)
Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub)
Experience with Python and Tableau
Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modelling
Familiarity with data security and privacy standards and best practices

What the job involves

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist focused on analytics. You will be responsible for dissecting internal data, analyzing user interactions, and collaborating closely with product owners to develop and refine product specifications
Your insights and analysis will be pivotal in optimizing strategies, enabling informed decision-making, and maximizing user engagement with our crypto-specific products
Data Analysis, Strategy and Interpretation:
Extract, clean, and process large datasets from various sources, including user interactions, transactions, and other relevant data points related to various blockchain and crypto products
Conduct thorough data analysis to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to improve product performance and user experience
Identify key factors influencing user behavior before presales and investments in crypto products
Analyze user engagement patterns and provide strategic recommendations to optimize presale strategies for increased conversions and customer satisfaction
Product Collaboration:
Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and assist in defining detailed product specifications that align with data-driven insights
Data Visualization, Reporting and Decision Making:
Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders, ensuring the insights are accessible and actionable
Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation to evaluate the impact of product changes on user behavior and product performance
Work closely with the leadership team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability
