Livi (known as Kry outside of the UK) is already operating in Sweden, Norway, Germany, the UK and France, the company now has ambitions to move into new markets across the continent.
Their significant funding has enabled the rapid development and expansion of their product offering, as well as the creation of physical entities that complement their telemedicine platform.
Thanks to its flexible business model, Livi has been able to cater for different healthcare systems and saw its service grow by 740% cross its first 3 European markets last year.
Livi faces competition from other well-funded rivals like Babylon, but with a predicted increase of the telemedicine market from £32bn in 2018 to £150bn by 2026, this is just the beginning of online healthcare, and there is plenty of room for multiple companies.
