• As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling LILT’s engineering organization by attracting top-tier talent in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. This role blends autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong collaboration. You’ll report directly to our Chief People Officer and be based in San Francisco, with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in-office)
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles—including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
• Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership on hiring strategies, market insights, and organizational needs
• Drive proactive sourcing, building pipelines for roles in engineering, data science, and AI
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency, thoroughness, and efficiency, aligning with LILT’s “Quicker than they expect” and “Quality is Job 1” virtues
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, People Ops, and the CPO to ensure seamless, high-quality candidate experiences
• Refine and optimize recruiting workflows, candidate feedback loops, and data tracking to improve performance and decision-making
