Project Manager, SafeAI

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management, with a solid track record of partnering with Product and Engineering teams to define strategy and deliver value
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodology
• Expertise in Jira/Confluence

• Coordinate design and implementation efforts, coordinating across multiple teams to develop optimal solutions
• Guide development of software specifications, drive project schedules from design to release, manage the production launch for a product/feature, and use metrics to provide status along the way
• Ensure clarity by helping to cascade strategic vision/priorities, including providing context and to helping connect the dots across the engineering and product organization
• Help define effective customer portfolio management processes, structure, and forums for delivering on large-scale engineering initiatives
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
• Clearly and concisely communicate, both verbally and in writing, with senior management on status, risks and required mitigations to maintain project commitments
• Work with key stakeholders to define strategy and requirements
• Promote a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning
