Who you are

Knowledge of the HRTech and/or L&D space a must
1+ years SDR experience in SaaS
We are an entrepreneurial team, and you have to be keen to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in wherever the business needs you
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Degree in business, engineering, marketing

What the job involves

Generate Opportunities from mainly outbound demand generation
Educate the business on what content and marketing is driving SQLs and pipeline generation
Actively manage, report on and prioritise your prospecting through our CRM (HubSpot)
Identify best practices to refine Sama’s lead generation playbook
Report to the business weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Work with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to deeply understand prospects challenges and how we solve them
