Accounting Manager, Garner Health

• 3-5 years experience in general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations
• Knowledge of journal entries and basic financial concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to billing & revenue recognition practices
• Proficiency in Excel, and experience with Quickbooks Online
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, and advanced formulas
• Excellent organization and time management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
• A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

• We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to support our accounting team. This role reports to our Controller
• Day-to-day general ledgering activities
• Primarily support day-to-day accounts receivable & Billing operations
• Ownership of our AR Mailbox & field internal and external requests and deliverables
• Solution designing for a complex and high volume billing environment
• Full ownership of our customer invoicing process
• Clear communication of status updates & comfortable with sharing challenges/unknowns
