People Operations Associate, Aily Labs

• You are a great multi-tasker who is comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment,
• You are organised, analytical and have an exceptional attention to detail when it comes to all things related to back-office People operations and data, and
• You are looking for a role that will allow you to be yourself, learn, grow and really make an impact
• Prior experience in a HR/People operations role
• Sound understanding of employment law and core HR policies / processes
• Experience working with MS Excel, Word, Sharepoint

• You will administer and support on all aspects of our global People Operations agenda and manage our Barcelona office ensuring we create and maintain a fantastic environment for everyone to do their best work
• Support our employees throughout their AILY journey: You will help administer the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between
• Be the champion of our People data and HR system: You will maintain our HRIS and payroll ensuring all new starters/changes/leavers data has been processed in a timely and diligent manner
• Create an awesome workplace experience for our Barcelona employees: You will be in charge of and manage all aspects of our office from facilities management to being the face of Aily for our visitors to creating an 11 star employee experience
• Get stuck in: You will have a voice and we will embrace your ideas and feedback to ensure we’re constantly improving. You will have the chance to get involved in all day-to-day People operations as well as exciting new projects that we are building!
