Who you are
- Subscriptions marketing experience, including experience utilising life-time value models and campaign analysis
- Organised with the ability to work to tight print deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Experience using subscription forecasting models to track ongoing performance and KPIs
- Social Media marketing experience including building audiences and optimisation, particularly using Facebook Manager
- Proactive and able to work independently to look for new creative opportunities
- Analytical and data driven with strong numeracy skills, and a good knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics
- Excellent verbal, proof-reading, and copywriting skills
What the job involves
- The Subscriptions Marketing Manager, working with the Senior Direct Marketing Manager, will maximise magazine subscription sales and contribution across the Food Magazine Portfolio, identifying and championing all opportunities for further growth. These will dovetail within the overall department vision as outlined by the Subscriptions Director
- Plan, execute and analyse cross-platform marketing campaigns
- Use forecasting models and report on campaign KPIs to provide insights into performance
- Working across offline channels including page adverts, insert, telemarketing and events
- Work with our PPC and email leads to understand channel performance and potential opportunities
- Build and manage social marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to drive acquisitions
- Work with the DMM and retention team to improve existing subscriber engagement
- Liaise with external parties regarding partnership opportunities and to source subscription incentives
- Work with the mailing houses, inserts team and production to ensure smooth, cost-efficient mailing processes
- Liaise with our Customer Services Account Manager to help maintain excellent customer service
