What the job involves
- We are seeking a collaborative and highly organised Workplace Manager with a commitment to inclusive and high-quality operations and customer service to join our Facilities team
- Reporting to the Head of Workplace, this role is integral to ensuring our office environments are safe, efficient, and aligned with the needs of a modern, dynamic media business
- As the Workplace Manager, you will support and coordinate the delivery of a compliant and effective workplace experience across a multi-functional space, overseeing key services including reprographics, mail, and site maintenance
- You will use your experience and insight to develop and implement our annual and forward maintenance plans, ensuring our offices remain productive, welcoming, and future-ready
- Manage the contractual services of the Golden Square and Woking offices, with particular focus on cleaning, security, and facilities management contracts
- Oversee our Head Office receptionist to ensure professional and efficient services, including reception, post room, and visitor coordination
- Work closely with the Head of HSE and FM to ensure appropriate safeguards, assessments, and practices are in place to meet statutory requirements and maintain a safe workplace
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a well-rounded understanding of our shared needs and priorities
- Review and identify opportunities for cost improvements within facilities management, implementing agreed changes in consultation with the Head of HSE and FM
