What the job involves
- We are hiring Sales Development Representatives with exceptional potential to join our team! As an entry level SDR at Juniper Square you are the first point of contact for prospects looking to learn more about our software and services.
- You will be responsible for both selling the value of Juniper Square as well as ensuring leads are qualified before handing them off to our Account Executives
- Quickly and efficiently get back to prospects looking to learn more about our software and services
- Field live chat requests and proactively initiate live chats with strong potential customers
- Generate qualified meetings & sales pipeline
- Meet our service level agreements for getting back to prospects in a timely manner
- Qualify prospect’s need & ability to purchase against established criteria
- Develop a strong foundation of knowledge in our products and services, as well as sales skills that will prepare you for progression into an Outbound SDR
- Efficiently use our CRM system (Salesforce), and other key softwares (Outreach, Qualified, Gong) to efficiently accomplish your tasks

With a suite of tools that focus on CRM, fundraising, investor reporting, and an investor portal, the company has modernised and streamlined private equity management for companies such as Beacon Capital Partners, Bell Partners, and Greystar.
Founded in 2014, Juniper Square were immediately in direct competition with analytical monolith Microsoft Excel, as well as popular equity management apps like Fundwave. However, the platform has exceeded expectations, in part because of its fluid and longer-term focused software solutions that have innovated what was previously archaic and error-ridden under Excel.
Serving more than 2000 GPs, Juniper Square supports tens of thousands of investment partnerships, covering hundreds of billions in LP capital. The company has raised substantial funding, raising it to Unicorn level, which will be used to fuel rapid growth, accelerate innovation, and expand its services.
