What the job involves
- As part of the CRM team, your responsibilities will include:
- Launching and managing CRM campaigns that wow our customers and drive revenue
- Designing and executing A/B tests to optimise performance and boost conversion
- Creating ad-hoc campaigns to surprise and delight our customers
- Maintaining clean, consistent, and effective campaign setups
- Translating ideas into clear creative briefs for our design team
- Sharing insights and workflows with stakeholders
- Collaborating with commercial, product, and brand marketing teams
- Using smart segmentation to tailor communications
- Tracking campaign metrics and turning insights into action
- Working cross-functionally to ensure alignment on goals and messaging
- Delivering impactful campaigns that improve engagement and retention
- Gaining fluency in our CRM tools and processes
- Establishing strong working relationships across teams
- Bringing creative energy and rigour to campaign execution

- A panel and task interview with key team members and stakeholders
