Who you are
- You are a recent graduate or have 0.5–2 years of experience in GTM, sales, operations, business development, VC, or a fast-paced startup (relevant internships count)
- You love building relationships and systems and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or hit “send” on a bold email
- You are naturally empathetic and curious – you love learning about people and their problems
- You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and take full ownership of your work—from ideation and execution to analysis
- You want to build and improve outreach strategies and add structure in a small team
- You are creative and proactive – always looking for ways to stand out and test new approaches
- You’re tech-savvy, eager to explore new GTM tools, and motivated to become a true go-to-market expert
- You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills and an exceptional feel for language and messaging
- 🇬🇧 English (fluent) and 🇩🇪 German (C2 level)

What the job involves
- As a core member of our GTM team, you’ll take full ownership of one of Secfix’s most powerful growth levers: demand generation. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, iterate, and execute – backed by proven playbooks, a strong support system, and a high-trust environment. Your work will have direct impact from day one
- Own the full lead generation cycle – from identifying target accounts to qualifying and nurturing high-potential opportunities
- Use tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot to streamline your workflow and build a high-converting pipeline
- Book and prep discovery meetings that set the stage for smooth, high-quality handoffs to sales
- Design, test, and optimize outbound campaigns, using data to continuously improve performance
- Deliver key insights and metrics directly to the CEO, influencing top-level strategic decisions
- Define, implement, and refine GTM processes and automations to build a scalable, high-performing function
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate market learnings into product and GTM enhancements
- Help architect the GTM engine – building the strategy, systems, and playbooks that will scale with our growth

Our take
As regulations around data protection grow in numbers and force, compliance has never been more essential for business, both for legal reasons and to build customer confidence. However, few small and medium businesses have the in-house resources needed to set up their IT security at the same level as larger companies. SecFix exists to change this, connecting with a company's tech stack to automate all processes around attaining ISO 27001 and GDPR certification.
SecFix solves two problems at once: reducing the time and cost of auditing processes and systems for certification by up to 30%, while at the same time building a company's resistance to cybercriminals and exposure to punitive fines and lost customer loyalty. It has developed a large customer base of fast-growing companies including Kertos, Satcom, and Zinc.
The company has recently raised a significant amount of investment in an oversubscribed seed funding round. It is using this capital to further develop its platform and hire additional talent. SecFix is also planning to expand into additional European markets and is well-poised to become a significant company in the security compliance space.
