Who you are

Familiarity with an IDE such as Visual Studio Code, Cursor, or IntelliJ
Familiarity with data structures
Familiarity with SQL
Currently enrolled in a College or University undergraduate program as a rising junior or senior
Available to participate in our full-time intern program from June - August
Ability to live within commuting distance of our Boston office and be on-site a minimum of 4 days per week

Desirable

Knowledge of Kimball data modeling techniques
Basic Python programming experience
Experience with git/GitHub
Experience with an RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc

What the job involves

Work Period: June 1- August 21, 2026
Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with minimum 4 days per week onsite in our Boston office
Work within our Customer data engineering team to build customer-focused datasets that enable data analysts and data science teams
Extract data from various data sources, perform exploratory data analysis, then cleanse, reshape, and aggregate data into a modern data warehouse
Participate in discussions with business partners, data analysts, and data scientists to translate business questions into data engineering requirements
Participate in Scrum ceremonies like daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and the occasional sprint retrospective
