Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of relevant work experience (Data Analysis, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply chain, Industrial Engineering or IT
- Master’s degree to be considered as 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, especially in data governance and analytics (supporting core ERP capabilities: FICO, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production Planning)
- Experience in using and developing collaborative Workflow solutions (JIRA, OnBase…)
- Experience with data analytics/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Qlik Sense…
- Ability to query data using SQL
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
- Highly organized with an strong attention to detail
- Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills
Desirable
- APICS/ASCM certificate or certification or similar
- Experience in managing (data entry and Analytics) SAP data for MM and PP modules
- Experience in developing automated solutions on office applications (Google, MS Office) using VBA, Apps scripts or similar
- Supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Industry with complex Bill of Material (especially with configuration management)
- Experience in process and data modeling (BPMN, EPC, UML…)
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to reinforce the Supply Chain Systems and Governance team. Working closely with the different supply chain functions (Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics…) you will contribute to and lead initiatives to manage supply chain data and enable new process capabilities into our Systems
- Record and Manage Specific Supply chain data in Archer ERP system
- Reconcile and analyze data to ensure completeness of information in the ERP system
- Understand business and cross-functional requirements related to supply chain data and ensure master data accuracy across departments
- Analyze Supply chain data and assist with operational reporting needs
- Develop metrics and dashboards in Archer reporting solutions
- Ensure the proper migration of Supply chain data from legacy system to new ERP system
- Assist with new ERP capability implementation for the supply chain processes
- Organize and Lead small capabilities improvements projects (Processes/methodologies, automations, collaborative workflows), in relation with other functions and solution providers
- Document functional requirements, pain points and model business processes
- Define specific data models for reporting databases and qualify solutions

Our take
With traffic, noise, and emissions becoming major challenges for urban life, Archer is building electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircrafts, led by its flagship model, Midnight, offering a cleaner, quieter alternative to traditional short-haul travel. The idea is simple: replace long car rides with quick, sustainable fluights that lift off vertically, fly over the gridlock, and help reduce urban pollution. It's a bold shift in transportation, but one that could meaningfully change how we navigate cities in the years ahead.
Midnight is designed to make these short flights practical, safe, and efficient. Its electric powertrain significantly reduce noise and emissions compared to helicopters (one of the biggest barriers to adopting urban air mobility at scale). However, eVTOLs face hurdles before becoming an everyday reality, including regulatory approvals, infrastructure build-out, and the operational testing needed to prove long-term safety and reliability. Archer is addressing these challenges with major manufacturing investment, deep engineering partnerships, and ongoing flight testing in the US and abroad.
Even with these barriers, Archer has been moving from success to success. The company is set to be the official air taxi provider for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles. And its recent acquisition of Hawthorne Airport in LA will serve as both a launch site and an innovation hub for next-generation, AI-powered aviation operations. On the commercial side, Archer's partnerships with United Airlines and its growing international presence signal strong industry confidence. COmbines with newly expanded funding and successful long-range flight tests, Archer sure is a promising player in eVTOl aviation.
