Who you are
- You have 8+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting Sales teams in high-growth tech environments
- You have deep HR expertise—including employment law, compliance, and organizational effectiveness—and can apply it strategically to business needs
- You are a strong coach and trusted advisor to leaders, able to navigate complex situations with clarity, influence, and sound judgment
- You thrive in ambiguity and can build structure, strategy, and scalable processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments

What the job involves
- As a People Business Partner - Revenue, you will partner with Sales leaders to support team effectiveness, manager capability, and consistent execution of People programs.
- You’ll work closely with leaders to translate business needs into practical people solutions that support growth, performance, and engagement within the Revenue organization
- This role is an opportunity to deepen business acumen and continue building strategic capability while owning day-to-day people partnership for a client group
- Partner with Sales leaders to execute People programs and processes, including performance management, compensation, career development, and engagement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with leaders to understand business needs and provide thoughtful, practical people guidance aligned with company policies and practices
- Support change initiatives within the Revenue org by helping plan communications, reinforcing key messages, and driving adoption of organizational and process changes
- Assist with organizational changes and workforce planning efforts
- Partner with leaders to address performance concerns early, providing coaching and guidance on feedback, accountability, and performance management to support individual and team effectiveness
- Manage employee relations matters for the Revenue organization, including conducting investigations, assessing risk, and partnering with leaders to determine appropriate outcomes
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development, helping build strong people management capabilities
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, surface risks, and support recommendations for people actions
- Partner with People COEs to support rollout and consistent application of People programs, tools, and policies
- Champion inclusive people practices and contribute to a positive employee experience within the Revenue organization

To remedy this, AlphaSense has built a smart search engine that slashes research time for analysts, using thousands of sources and a semantic indexing layer that can effectively query finance-specific language.
As a disruptor and market leader in this field, AlphaSense has few direct competitors, being most closely compared to Wolfram Alpha or LexisNexis. It helps that its tools are undoubtedly effective and valued by knowledge professionals: the company counts about 85% of the S&P 100 as customers and is trusted by J.P.Morgan, Microsoft, Credit Suisse and Google, among other major enterprises.
Having raised a large amount of funding over 2022 and 2023, AlphaSense has moved quickly to double down on its expansion in European markets, opening an office in Berlin to support this. With 2024 seeing investment from Singaporean EDBI, it has now set its sights on the Asia-Pacific region. As business intelligence will remain key for enterprises as they compete for market share, AlphaSense is well-placed for additional future growth.
