Who you are
- Your ability to effectively communicate requirements, release schedules and technical information to stakeholders is critical to our success
- This position requires acute attention to detail as well as strong project management acumen
- 5+ years of release management experience or equivalent technical project management experience in a software development environment
- Proven ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities and effectively manage a schedule
- Proven release management experience involving many cross functional teams
- Superior organizational skills with high regard for quality
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills - able to work well with many different types of personalities in various functions. Masterful in the art of bringing people together
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to communicate, document, and present complex technical issues in concise and efficient manner for variety of audiences
- Experienced and confident in creating slides and presenting to executives
- Must possess effective listening skills and comfortable asking powerful questions
- Passion for working with people in technical environments
- Strong leadership skills to influence and motivate without authority. True servant leader
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Knowledge and experience in SDLC highly desired

What the job involves
- Ou will work closely with our Product Managers, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to schedule deployments of software, patches, and maintenance
- Own the software delivery process from start to end
- Develop and manage the overall prioritization, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria for software releases
- Simplify existing cross-functional work streams to ensure that stakeholders are aware of upcoming deployments
- Work with other release managers to maintain the release calendar
- Identify and manage external dependencies and logistics; identify and mitigate risks throughout the schedule
- Excellent Program/Project management skills are essential in this role
- Simplify complex issues into a crisp, actionable executive-level status updates and mitigation plans
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the project teams
- Exercise key skills such as conflict resolution, cross-team collaboration, as well as asking and answering questions with precision
- Communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot on changing priorities
