Who you are
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience across a range of positions and teams, ideally from both and agency and corporate environment with experience hiring technical roles
- Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle. A passion for understanding what makes the right match for Resolver
- Experience recruiting for a fast-paced company. Maybe it's a software company and/or, better yet, even a company where talent isn't knocking down your door
- Champion diversity - go beyond the corporate speak of DEI recruiting to be what a true champion is - focused, energized, takes the time to master the art and science, becomes an authority and is someone the team looks up to
- Solid understanding of ATS tools (JobVite or Oracle Recruiting Cloud aa bonus!) and recruiting technologies
- Ability to effectively articulate the Resolver value proposition and story to candidates
What the job involves
- We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team to help us build and scale our recruitment efforts across North America
- In this role, you will be a trusted subject matter expert who will advise hiring teams and support our hiring globally, with a lean towards technical recruitment
- This role gives you the opportunity to help shape our recruitment process and lay down the framework for a best-in-class candidate experience
- Our creative talent in driving hiring strategies, owning full-cycle recruiting and delivering red carpet candidates touchpoints will help you thrive in this role
- You know that posting jobs on websites to find candidates is old school which is why you are unafraid to take risks, try new things and accept feedback with open arms to iterate along the way
- Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, this Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in finding new Resolverites to execute on our collective goals
- As a part of the Resolver team, your work will help transform risk management to risk intelligence so organizations can protect people and assets and deliver on their purpose

- Recruitment (85%):
- Measures of Success: Quality of hires, fill-ratio, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Engage talent: Identify the right people, get them engaged, and lead the candidate experience through the full hiring process
- Build strategic relationships with hiring teams: We are a global and forward-thinking team which means you will work with a variety of roles both technical and commercial. You will craft and enhance a consistent and outstanding candidate experience
- Source high quality candidates: You will leverage all talent acquisition channels – networking, events, headhunting, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, etc. This may include targeted recruiting efforts for specific teams
- Lead candidate searches: With a strong lens on diversity and inclusion, be a trusted resource for how critical inclusive talent strategies are to truly finding the best candidate for the role and Resolver
- Champion and foster our hiring process: Provide a consistent experience with the Resolver recruiting team
- Participate with the global recruiting team: Help develop, implement, and execute recruiting strategies. Our distributed model means working with global teams and candidates, with the freedom to focus on the right candidate, regardless of location
- Be a passionate Resolver brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment. Help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline
- Talent Acquisition (15%):
- Measures of Success: Acceleration of talent acquisition initiatives
- Act as a champion within the Talent Team to build the overall talent acquisition strategy and expand our employer brand
- Assists with the Talent Team’s event strategy to build a diverse team of Resolverites
- Attends technology industry networking events to build our talent pipeline
- Work on projects as needed to improve the efficiency of the Resolver recruitment engine
Our take
Resolver, formerly Crisp, is a pre-eminent name in the now-crowded field of social media monitoring services. The company was founded with the objective of identifying internet-based threats to children, and has since evolved into a provider of wider digital marketing services for its clients through the use of sophisticated artificial intelligence tools and a growing team of analysts.
After an acquisition by U.S. risk giant Kroll in 2024, Resolver is looking to synergise its services with its new parent company. Combining AI technology and real-time alerts with Kroll’s risk advisory expertise should significantly expand the value of Kroll’s offerings.
Perhaps the biggest reason for Resolver's former iteration as Crisp's success to date is its roots in online harm-detection. For example, the reputation it has built through operating in environments where analysts simply cannot make mistakes has been crucial to winning the trust of over 1000 brands. Resolver must hope that under new ownership, that reputation will be furnished rather than diluted.
