Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on administrative and support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems

What the job involves
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent for administrative and support roles within the organization
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to identify the best fit for each position
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to promote Jobandtalent as an employer of choice
