Role
Who you are
- We are looking for someone to join RA’s growing product team who is passionate about electronic music and wants to get involved in creating and improving RA’s products for the electronic music community
- 3+ years professional experience in a product management role within the technology space
- Experience building and shipping great software, including responsibilities driving prioritisation, trade-offs, and timelines
- Someone who wants to learn new things and can self-direct their learning
- Familiarity with the stages of software development and some understanding of how components and activities fit together. This could be from a previous role, bootcamp, or university course
- Familiarity and experience working with agile methodologies
- Confidence in some kind of data manipulation or analysis e.g. SQL, spreadsheets or business intelligence tools
What the job involves
- Direct Product management responsibility of RA’s core B2B offering - our Promoter tools
- Develop and execute on a strategy and prioritise product items
- Collecting requirements from stakeholders across the business, iterate with the design teams to create prototypes for development, work embedded in development teams to plan and deliver projects
- Using data to prioritise projects and define and monitor metrics to evaluate their effectiveness
- Collaborating with other product managers and design teams to ensure consistency and resolve dependencies
- Analyse the competitive landscape, define strengths and weaknesses for your Product area, and identify opportunities
- Coordinating and running weekly sprint planning, retrospectives and other agile sessions
- Continuous iteration and improvement of processes to strive for a better working team
- Managing a backlog of incoming bugs and requests
