Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered

(1) SDLC; (2) Custom objects; (3) custom tabs; (4) workflow rules; (5) ACT; (6) Legacy Systems; (7) Apex Triggers; (8) Controller classes; (9) Force.com; and (10) Visual Force Pages

What the job involves

Assist customers in troubleshooting their Service Cloud-related challenges and implementation of standard product features
Assume case ownership and resolve customer Service Cloud issues through skillfully managing complex customer problems (involves debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring issues are fully resolved)
Work in a highly collaborative, swarm-centric Technical Support environment
Demonstrate the ability to research, document, and prioritize customer issues, leveraging internal tools and escalating to internal teams, Product Engineering, and additional stakeholders, when required
Demonstrate exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
Provide feature explanation and Service Cloud best practices
Manage customer expectations and the customer experience to maximize customer satisfaction
Actively maintain and participate in job-related training activities
Adapt to a high-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities while multitasking and performing effectively under pressure
Participate in team operational activities including but not limited to: team meetings, responsiveness to various asks, swarm meetings, team trainings, collaboration on case through Slack, etc.
Create and curate knowledge content
Provide peer mentorship to team members through Swarming framework
