What the job involves
- As an Adventure Operations Coordinator you will provide valuable support to our Junior Adventure Operations Managers and local partners around the world
- Pre-tour administration - assist the Adventure Operations team with a range of tasks such as collating paperwork from our in-country partners (e.g. insurance certificates and operating licenses) and ensuring itinerary information in our internal systems is accurate
- Communicating with our local partners - support the Junior Adventure Operations Managers by maintaining regular contact with our in-country partners and ensuring they have all the information they need to deliver world class experiences for our Flashpackers
- Maintaining tour literature - work closely with our Marketing team to ensure that itinerary information we provide customers on our website and app is kept up-to-date
- Post-tour feedback review - support the Junior Adventure Operations Managers to review the post-tour feedback and set actions plans with our in-country partners
- Cross-functional collaboration - close collaboration with all internal teams, in particular with our Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing teams to help them respond to customer queries
- Your responsibilities will regularly change and develop as the business grows, and it is important that you are comfortable getting involved in tasks outside your remit in order to help the business meet our key objectives
