Consumers and organisations are swapping out airline and motor travel for cleaner alternatives and a greener future, creating a potentially substantial customer windfall for rail companies. However, customers are increasingly expecting comprehensive, streamlined digital apps, booking portals and payment systems - all of which the rail industry has previously struggled with in the past.
This is where SilverRail comes in. They are building innovative, modern technology to drive the rail industry into the new age. SilverRail has netted much of the UK, EU and US market with clients like National Rail, Chiltern Railways, Grand Central, and SNCF.
SilverLine helps rail companies get a step ahead, with a suite of digital infrastructure tools including journey planning solutions, sales distribution, payment methods, data insights, and a ticket issuing system. The idea is to help them deliver better services, more simply, and cheaper - which in turn gives companies more leeway to pass on savings to the customers and a smoother journey.
