Who you are

You have around 4-7+ years of professional experience
2-3+ years experience as a product manager of ML-driven products or in an analogous space (e.g. two sided auctions or similar problems with extensive data science, empirical analysis and engineering needs)
Proven experience in building experimental products that are powered by data feedback loops
Proficiency in running SQL queries is preferred as is prior experience with data science and data processing frameworks
Interest in and exposure to lean startup methodologies and processes
First-hand working experience with agile/scrum software development methodologies
Equally comfortable with seeing the “big picture” and meticulously thinking through every requirement of online development projects
CS, engineering, math, economics or statistics background required
Fluency in French and English (oral and written), especially to communicate with our international colleagues and clients

What the job involves

As the Product Manager of the Smart Suite team, you will develop data feedback loop products that curate and price the Sharethrough Exchange’s inventory using data science models and data pipelines
Discover and prioritize new customer problems to solve through customer interviews, exploratory data analysis with Data Science, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders like engineering, solutions, operations, and sales
Partnering with engineering and data science leads to design experiments and validate hypotheses during all stages of development while executing on your roadmap
Empower a productive Agile team by leading effective scrum ceremonies, building a culture of documentation, and celebrating your frequent wins
Define, track, and improve upon key business and product success metrics in collaboration with our Data and Business Intelligence teams
Develop a comprehensive strategy for the future of data driven products at Sharethrough
