Who you are
- Master/Bachelor in economics, finance or business administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and give a hand when needed
- Hands-on experience using multiple sales techniques (including cold emails and cold calling)
- A highly organised professional who is a self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused professional
- Native proficiency in Dutch
- Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role is a plus
- Previous CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus
What the job involves
- At Kantox, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join our amazing Sales and hold an important role in the organisation
- We are looking for an energetic and achievement-oriented Senior Sales Development Representative fluent in Dutch to help us grow the sales pipeline by generating interest with key stakeholders in our target accounts and quickly qualifying incoming leads
- The BDR team is composed of international team members focusing on local markets such as Benelux, French, Italian, DACH, Spain and UK
- Reporting to the Team Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge for how Kantox works, the problems we are solving, and the benefits we bring to enterprises
- Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations via phone/LinkedIn/email with key stakeholders from our targets accounts
- Qualifying inbound leads by utilising your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases
- Qualifying incoming leads (inbound) as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact
- Keeping a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce)

Spanish fintech company, Kantox helps corporations manage currency through automation. Founded by ex-Deloitte consultants, Kantox switched from being a currency exchange platform into a fully fledged automation and fintech software company.
Back in 2015, Kantox won the European Fintech Of The Year Award, thanks in part to its Dynamic Hedging software which manages hedging analytics, workflow, and reporting. In October 2022, investment bank BNP Paribas acquired Kantox for 120 million euros after three years of investment in the company - a shift in ownership that should bolster Kantox as markets continue to be turbulent.
