Role
Who you are
- Strong background in B2B client management
- Passion for health & wellbeing and its potential to transform company culture
- Strong relationship builder, with excellent communication and relationship management skills, as well as evidence of building relationships with HR and People leads
- Proven experience delivering against KPIs / OKRs or equivalent
- Previous ownership of both revenue and engagement metrics
- Experience managing client onboarding, activation, renewal and upsell
- Creative and used to thinking outside the box
- Strong manager and leader
- Experience working in an early stage, fast paced, start-up environment
- 6+ years of experience in Client Management, Client Success and/or Engagement roles
- Target driven and commercial, with an collaborative mindset that can uncover potential growth opportunities
What the job involves
- As our first Head of Customer Success, you will create and lead the client success function, managing our client relationships, implementing upsell and renewal strategies, and owning our client engagement targets
- You will be the face of WONE to our clients, owning the entire post-sales journey from onboarding to upsell
- It will be a cross-functional role, with management of the Client Success team, working very closely with the sales team, cross-functional engagement squad and product team to capture client requirements to boost engagement with our solution
- As Head of Customer Success, you should be target obsessed with proven revenue and engagement results, and be genuinely passionate about our mission to end the workplace stress epidemic
- An ideal candidate is a driven, highly engaging, problem-solving individual with startup experience
- They will also be creative in their approach, looking to do things differently to drive our industry leading engagement rates
- Experience in an early stage business and in the healthtech and/or corporate wellbeing space is highly advantageous
