Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate is analytical — with experience using data to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and inform business decisions—as well as creative
- At least 3 years of successful marketing experience in Demand Generation, Paid Acquisition, or MarketingOps, preferably within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- Experience in a predominantly sales-led go-to-market environment is a plus, given the majority of our growth will be through sales revenue (not self-served)
- Proficiency in HubSpot is required; experience with Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with social and SEA ads (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple projects autonomously
- Passionate about marketing with a strong understanding of the demand generation funnel
- Entrepreneurial at heart—you’re not afraid to test new ideas and embrace learning from mistakes. You have a positive “can do” and solutions-oriented attitude
- Tech-savvy with an analytical mindset
- Strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with global and/or cross-functional teams and adapt to different stakeholder needs
What the job involves
- We are looking for a motivated Demand Generation Associate to support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, optimize and manage marketing operations, and drive revenue growth in North America
- As part of the US Marketing team, you will report to the Head of Marketing, and collaborate closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager in the US (NYC) and our Global Marketing team based in Paris
- Develop and execute targeted media partnerships: Collaborate with our Senior Growth Marketer to design and implement sponsored webinars and other partnerships that align with our marketing goals
- Support paid media campaigns: Provide local support for LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including campaign ideation, creative brief development, and ongoing optimization
- Nurture leads with personalized email campaigns: Create targeted email nurture tracks and build workflows to drive engagement and accelerate lead-to-MQL conversions
- Optimize CRM processes: Work closely with global MarOps and SalesOps teams to streamline lead management workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance lead scoring models
- Ensure efficient lead handoffs: Manage lead assignment processes for dedicated campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of leads to the sales team
- Provide data-driven insights: Develop and analyze reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making
- Optimize audience segmentation: Utilize data analysis to refine audience segmentation and improve targeting effectiveness across campaigns
