Who you are
- This position requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful partnership development, but even more important it requires the right kind of person with grit, determination, and an intense longing to make a difference
- You have proven the ability to hunt and farm accounts and grow them
- You come with solid experience of selling B2B enterprise SaaS solutions
- You continuously hit sales or partnership quotas, as an IC or team lead
- You have strong communication skills and are an excellent presenter
- You are a great collaborator who others love working with
- You are always tangible about your partnership performance in numbers and metrics, and you do not fear a spreadsheet
- You are not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Preferably, you have experience with a sales methodology, e.g. MEDDICC
- You like process and structure, and have a strong drive to succeed

- Built high quality relationships with key C-level executives
- Pitched and sold our solutions and models to C-level executives
- Led the identification and evaluation of potential partnership opportunities
- Driven negotiations and contract discussions with partners, and ensured the most favorable terms for Corti
- Trained and facilitated partners, reps and sales people in how to pitch Corti
- Inspired others in your team to up their game and close more business
