Key Account Manager, Healthera

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts
• Strong written & verbal communication skills, including C-suite engagement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Skilled in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and analysis

Desirable

• Own strategic relationships with national pharmacy chains and key corporate partners
• Develop account plans to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth
• Upsell and cross-sell new offerings to expand service adoption
• Coordinate client projects end-to-end — discussion, delivery, review, repeat
• Report KPIs internally & externally, track account health, and drive engagement initiatives
• Develop new business opportunities within and beyond existing accounts
