Growth Marketing Manager, Nutrafol

• 5-7 years performance marketing experience (especially Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Search, and Programmatic)
• Experience managing brand campaigns and/or upper-funnel media
• Great organizational and project management skills
• Strong creative skills

Desirable

• You will lead the strategy and execution of all paid marketing channels for Nutrafol Men’s and Nutrafol Brand campaigns
• This role will be supported by a strong analytics, brand, and creative team and will report to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing
• Drive business growth for Nutrafol Men’s and awareness of Nutrafol Brand through a robust performance and brand marketing strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Display and OTT, Audio, and Influencer channels
• Own testing roadmap for Men's and Brand while continuously optimizing the media mix for both to hit monthly KPIs
• Clearly communicate updates on campaign timing, creative, and budgets to Channel Leads to ensure flawless execution and performance
• Identify growth opportunities and drive channel optimization for Nutrafol Men’s, building a culture of innovation and hypothesis and data-driven experimentation
• Review and update creative strategy based on performance, competitive landscape, brand strategy, and holistic customer journey across all channels
• Manage briefing process for all new ads and Landing Pages
• Own and compile all reporting for Men's across all channels on a weekly and monthly basis
• Provide budget requests for Men's Channel spend and proactively come to the table with new platforms to test
• Collaborate with analytics team to create a dashboard to compare DR channels supporting Mens to quickly evaluate optimal media mix
• Provide real-time recommendations on shifting budget between channels to take advantage of high efficiency and potential scale, where applicable
• Partner with Brand team to develop fully integrated, evergreen, cross-channel strategies to support Brand campaigns with a focus on data-driven insights
• Provide feedback on creative for ads and LPs
• Oversee all media planning, briefing, reporting, and optimization for brand campaigns across all paid Channels
• Responsible for recommending and providing rationale on Brand budgets and opportunities to optimize campaigns in platform
• Own reporting readouts across all paid channels and present findings to the larger business leveraging actionable insights
• Partner with brand team to align on channel briefs, kick-offs, and provide POVs on evergreen ad creation strategy
• Traffic creative assets to Channel Coordinators to traffic, assist with QA
