What the job involves
- VAST Data is looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team!
- Assist in finding and securing new office spaces, including lease negotiations and vendor management
- Coordinate office events such as happy hours, team lunches, and holiday gifts
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure a well-organized office environment
- Order office supplies, lunches, and other necessities to keep the team running efficiently
- Approve expenses and manage reimbursements through tools like Expensify and NetSuite
- Open and track purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Work closely with the finance team to support budgeting and expense reporting
- Potential to assist HR with onboarding, benefits coordination, and employee engagement initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for vendors and negotiate deals as needed
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
