Billing Operations Manager, Twilio

• The Billing Operations Manager is an individual contributor that will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner, bridging the gap between operational execution and technical solutions
• They will drive process improvements, support SOX compliance activities, deliver end-user training, and document clear SOPs to promote consistency and scalability

• Develop and deliver end-user training for billing systems, tools, and processes to ensure consistent and compliant execution
• Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procesures (SOP) and process documentation for the billing operations team
• Serve as a liaison between Billing operations and cross-functional project teams, ensuring operational requirements are understood and incorporated
• Identify, recommend, and help implement automation opportunities to streamline manual processes in the order to cash workflow
• Support some aspects of SOX-compliant month-end reconciliations over billing and provisioning, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate across time zones with colleagues in India, Ireland, Mexico City, and the U.S. to ensure global coverage support
