What the job involves
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our Compliance Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate compliance operations, with a focus on third-party due diligence and internal clearance processes. The intern will support the Compliance Paralegal and broader team in maintaining high standards of regulatory and ethical compliance
- Learning Outcomes:
- Gain practical experience in corporate compliance
- Develop skills in regulatory research
- Exposure to real-world compliance workflows and issues
- Monitor and track active third-party due diligence screening reports to ensure timely updates and follow-ups
- Assist with Partner data access clearance updates and documentation
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in third-party due diligence and compliance
- Support Compliance with various administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, document review, and internal communications
- Help maintain organized records and databases related to compliance activities
- This is a paid internship offering $15 per hour, requiring 40 hours per week for a minimum commitment of two months. The role is hybrid, with on‑site work required at our Austin office
- Interns will be mentored by experienced compliance professionals and will participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects. The team fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where interns are encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas and grow professionally
