- If you’re excited by the idea of helping define how people work with AI — and are comfortable learning as you go, this team offers a rare chance to grow alongside the technology itself
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
- 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included)
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating design solutions that address those needs, and validating solutions with end users
- Experience working with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions
- A growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds and extends core discipline skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)

- At ServiceNow, design has a very intentional seat at the table, so our team collaborates closely with both engineering and product management from the get-go
- This role sits on ServiceNow’s Agentic AI design team, focused on shaping the core platform experiences that enable customers to create, test, deploy, and manage AI agents and agentic solutions
- The team works on foundational systems that help users understand agent behavior, configure solutions responsibly, and evolve them over time within complex enterprise environments
- Designers on this team work in an emerging and rapidly evolving problem space, where many of the patterns for designing agentic systems are still being formed
- You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to prototype ideas quickly and turn ambiguity into clear, usable experiences

- You’ll contribute to meaningful, real-world product work while developing your skills in designing for AI-powered systems, navigating complexity, and collaborating across disciplines

ServiceNow provides cloud-based solutions that define, structure, manage, and automate services for enterprise operations, transforming old, manual ways of working into modern digital workflows. The company was founded in 2004 with a vision to build a cloud-based platform that would enable regular people to route work effectively through the enterprise.
Much as Salesforce enables a company to manage its external clients by keeping a record of all contacts and interactions, ServiceNow promises an internal system to meet the needs of employees. ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
