Who you are
- We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who embodies the following:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a sales or high-growth environment

What the job involves
- As a fast-growing scale-up, we are looking for a Sales Executive Assistant to support our dynamic sales management team and top account executives
- This role is essential in ensuring our sales run seamlessly, freeing up time for our sales leaders to focus on building lasting client relationships and driving results
- Your contributions will have a direct impact on the health of our pipeline, the success of our meetings, and the execution of our ambitious goals
- As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts. Your main responsibilities include:
- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the calendars of sales leaders and top account executives, ensuring all meetings, and deadlines are prioritized effectively
- Follow-Up Coordination: Proactively follow up on appointments and engagements with existing customers, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction
- Pipeline Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the health of our sales pipeline in HubSpot
- Meeting Preparation and Support: Assist in preparing for meetings by gathering relevant materials and data, and take detailed notes during meetings when needed
- Administrative Support: Handle other administrative tasks to support the sales team, enabling them to focus on their strategic goals
