Who you are

At Sensorfact, we’re seeking a proactive, highly organized Dutch-speaking Sales Executive Assistant to support our dynamic sales team and drive our sustainability mission forward
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with experience supporting senior leaders
Over 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally in sales or a high-growth environment
Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) and strong communication skills
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about sustainability and excited to contribute to our mission

What the job involves

As a Sales Executive Assistant at Sensorfact, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, supporting top executives and ensuring everything runs smoothly
Your efforts will directly shape the success of our sales team, strengthen client relationships, and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals
Manage calendars for sales leaders and top account executives, ensuring meetings and deadlines are prioritized
Follow up with customers to maintain communication and ensure satisfaction
Keep the sales pipeline updated on HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking
Prepare materials for meetings and take notes when needed
Provide administrative support to the sales team, enabling focus on key initiatives

Our take

With a vision to reducing the waste generated by industrial processes, Sensorfact supplies monitoring systems to manage energy, gas, and water usage, as well as predictive maintenance for preventing machine failure.

Utilised by manufacturers worldwide, including the likes of Dunlop and Mitsubishi, Sensorfact's products empower its clients to take control of classically wasteful processes, and make changes where they will have the most impact.

The company has seen significant investment to support further product development and expansion into the DACH-region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), including opening an office in Berlin. Serving 40 countries worldwide, Sensorfact has already contributed hundreds of GWh of savings, equivalent to the annual energy consumption of more than 30,000 households, and, with such a huge market before them, will be an intriguing one to watch.
