- Facebook Ads Manager experience required
- Experience executing Snap, TikTok, Twitter/X and Pinterest campaigns a plus
- Looker and Amplitude experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility
- Excel/data analysis experience with attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to turn data into insights
- Relevant client-side experience
- Experience optimizing an annual performance budget in the 8-figures
- Experience in marketing measurement
- Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects
What the job involves
- Own Facebook campaign execution, including budget pacing, optimization, and strategy development
- Prepare and deliver detailed reporting materials, including performance reports, presentations, and structured readouts for key tests (i.e., creative themes, holidays)
- Partner with the product managers, product marketers and editorial teams to identify and address business opportunities
- Seamlessly triangulate between MMM, MTA, and Conversion Lift Study readouts to guide your investment strategy
- Analyze impact, rapidly testing hypotheses, and conducting data analysis with a goal of constantly improving the metrics
- Collaborate with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Product Marketing to develop and execute a testing strategy and roadmap across measurement, creative, and in-platform optimizations
- Contribute to the creative production roadmap with external performance creative agencies as well as in-house creative teams
- Work closely with our Meta account team, navigating Alphas, Betas, and measurement opportunities
- Continuously build business relationships across functional teams (both internal and external)
