Who you are
- Working experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis, preferably in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Good Power BI skills (Power Query / DAX)
- Strong Python skills to implement and support in-house analytics, automated reporting tools and ETL scripts (Python experience is a critical requirement)
- Ability to translate data into easy-to-understand business insights
- Excellent communicator in English, German is a plus
What the job involves
- We are a product company developing a multi-national debt collection platform. Our company has experienced significant growth and we need to continue improving our infrastructure, processes and policies to form a reliable foundation for further growth
- To do this, we are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our team. In this role you will work with a dedicated BI squad, collaborate closely with a set of stakeholders, like heads of Collection, Finance, Partnerships, Operations departments
- Become a part of our strong and international team that is transforming the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and a drive for excellence
- Be a key contributor to PAIR Finance’s growing BI landscape
- Collaborate with our departments to understand their business requirements and transform data into actionable insights
- Analyse PAIR Finance’s financial processes and derive data-driven solutions and KPIs, always taking the business context into consideration
- Design, develop, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Python
- Work with data engineers to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse and ensure data integrity and quality
- Create on-demand analytic reports
