Who you are
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the sectors of social media, influencer marketing, and community engagement
- You are a natural creative and know how to craft ideas and campaigns that play on popular culture, subcultures and counter cultures
- You live and breathe social media algorithms, trends, social customer acquisition tactics, and know how to keep audiences engaged
- You have an unbeatable work ethic and can manage a diverse team of creatives, designers, production staff and techies to deliver industry-leading social media content every single day
- Be a creative visionary with a deep understanding of the social media landscape, constantly staying up-to-date with the latest trends and adeptly transforming these insights into groundbreaking strategies
- Be a cooperative team player, always ready to handle any task, no matter how small
- Demonstrable experience creating presentations and proposals which involved strategies, tactics, statistics, timing plans and budgets
- Display an obsessive attention to the representation of our brand and maintain exceedingly high personal and team standards
- Strong technical understanding of the web, social media platforms and video production
- Experience with client management and stakeholder communication
- Demonstrate an affinity for data, with a sharp aptitude for analysing and converting insights into actionable plans
- Ability to product creative concepts
- Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Skilled in copywriting for social media
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Strong proven project management skills and experience
- Self-starter who is happy to get stuck in
- Comfortable getting to grips with technology platforms
- Results orientated with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once
- Be unafraid to ask questions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire people

What the job involves
- Full time Social Media Manager role, leading original content production for social media and influencer campaigns
- You'll be responsible for the end to end planning, production and publishing of outstanding content for our roster of clients, ensuring we always meet our commitments to our clients and that content / campaigns are delivered to an industry leading standard, on time and on budget
- Lead, grow and manage our internal specialists to deliver “always on” social media content
- Plan and deliver regular digital PR stunts that will create brand awareness and fame for our clients and our agency and maximise earned media
- Ensure smooth and cost-efficient social media content production for our agency and clients world wide
- Work closely with our growth marketing and leadership teams to ensure social media content is a powerful part of driving acquisition and engagement for our agency and roster of clients
- Successfully manage multiple influencers, suppliers, partners and clients to ensure the best outcome for Growthcurve and our clients
- Define and track most important social media KPIs for each of the clients you’re assigned to
- Set up and optimise case studies on all social media channels to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate KPIs, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (media, creative, technology and commercial) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Identify ways to improve our content creation and publishing processes and prototype new standard operating procedures, tools, templates
- Independently create content for the agency and various clients, in the brand tone of voice and visual identity
- Work with our internal specialists to accurately compile an estimate for new content ideas and projects
- Set up and facilitate post-project reviews ensuring learnings are recorded in a well structured way so they can inform future projects and help us deliver better outcomes each time
- Develop a creative briefs and general guidelines to share with creators
- Conduct thorough research, write engaging copy, and collaborate with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Book the right specialist resource against the project or campaign plan so that we can effectively monitor resource capacity
- Finding and recruiting UGC creators and influencers
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies and trends
- Define, set up and manage our social media stack (tools that we use to run our social content and community services for ourselves and our clients)
- Ensure our agency is set up to respond to comments on across the social media profiles we manage in a timely manner in the brand tone of voice
