Who you are
- Successful previous experience as an operations manager, sales team lead or asset manager in a fast-paced environment (tech startup, etc)
- Proven track record of building and growing high-performance sales teams
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to develop sales strategies by analyzing data
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Solid customer service attitude and ability to imprint it on your team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- An understanding of the real estate industry
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Availability to travel as needed
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
What the job involves
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Identify hiring needs ahead of time, and create and own your regional team's hiring plan
- Coordinate our Field Agents' network to prioritize operations based on sales targets
- Set and monitor sales targets for individual team members and work closely with them to meet sales quotas
- Support team members with day-to-day operations
- Own coaching and performance of individual team members
- Collaborate with sales executives and team leads from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
- Develop, improve and implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Discover new sales, growth, product, and market opportunities through consumer research
- Suggest new services/products/features increase sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
