Who you are
- Minimum 6 months on Trust and Safety experience required, including minimum 6 months experience in the use of the Aster tool
- Attain 95% Quality score, productivity targets, attendance targets, monthly for the 3 months preceding this role
- Have no Quality Comprehension errors in the quality score for the 3 months preceding this role

- 1-2 years experience in a professional work environment (Recent graduates welcome). Previous content review experience welcomed
- Excellent comprehension, communication, and Estonian Language skills

What the job involves
- You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the user may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns
- Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious)
- Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills. We care for the health and well-being of our people and provide the support and resources needed to perform their job role responsibilities
- Active participation in Accenture’s well-being support program, designed specifically for the Trust & Safety community, provides valuable skills to promote individual and collective well-being
- Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
- Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
- Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
- Investigate and resolve issues regarding content that is reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and resolve within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
- Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
- Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
- Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements
- In the context of this role, individuals will be exposed to potentially disturbing content, and will need a level of resilience and maturity. Previously working as the tech consultancy wing of Arthur Andersen accounting firm, Accenture, now a professional services company, was part of the 1950s team responsible for the first-ever computer installation in Louisville Kentucky. After its split from Andersen in 2001, Accenture took its new moniker, blending the phrase “accent of the future” as a statement of intent.
Accenture has certainly lived up to its name in the last 20+ years, acquiring and developing a large portfolio of cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and technology companies, leading to its value of $177 billion and placement on the Fortune Global 500 company list. In late 2022, Accenture further invested in the frontiers of digital by acquiring BehaVR, a mental health treatment system that utilises virtual reality. It also has an eye on the climate crisis, investing in KETOS, a data intelligence company that helps monitor and address water efficiency and quality.
Through its investments, Accenture has retained a relevance and an importance as a major global player. In January 2023, Accenture partnered with Microsoft and the World Economic Forum to deliver a presentation about investments in the metaverse and its growing importance in business and culture. Accenture’s new metaverse platform, CEO Julie Sweet claims, will help social workers, case workers, firefighters, and the general public train for challenging situations.
