What the job involves
- Build the Enterprise sales group in Carbyne’s US organization
- Develop the strategic roadmap in relation to Enterprise market trends, customer needs and product value differentiation
- Understand existing use cases and identify new use cases through market research, prospect discussions, and customer engagements
- Build a GTM plan inclusive of HR, sales, marketing, product development, and customer success
- Be responsible and accountable for quarterly and annual revenue targets, including new customers, net new revenue, and existing account growth
- Maintain industry leading KPIs including average net dollar retention and customer renewal rates
- Build our channel team to enable partner programs in specific regions for enterprise
- Help customize Carbyne’s customer academy, training and certification for enterprise
- Retain industry leading customer NPS scores, with participation from the entire enterprise team
- Foster competitive, respectful, and energetic working relationships within the enterprise team as well as cross-departmentally

Carbyne aims to create live, transparent and efficient emergency communication channels between citizens, emergency call centers, first responders, and the state. To achieve this goal, Carbyne has developed a unified platform for communication, delivering advanced IP-enabled communication features and caller solutions.
The value of Carbyne has been widely acknowledged, with the company raising in excess of $120 million from external funding. That said, it does face competition from the likes of RapidSOS, Rave, LiveSafe, and others. It was recently announced that the company will be acquired by Axon, a public safety company, which should open the doors for furthering its impact.
