Who you are

Machine Learning / Data Science / Personalization product experience required
Proven track record working with partners, vendors and project team members to further the business goals of our products and services
Experience working in an agile/scrum development environment
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills - You will be interacting with all types of people (sales and marketing, operations, user experience designers, engineers, managers, vendors, partners, etc.)
Experience with experimentation and various methodologies

What the job involves

Build and lead the roadmap to deliver deeper and more contextual personalization experiences across all digital commerce channels
Work closely with key internal global business partners to elicit requirements for new functionality
Partner with Program Management as they supervise delivery, manage timelines, resolve blockers and risks
Partner with Business Analysts to define business logic and requirements
Partner with Data Scientists and Engineering leads to prepare stories for delivery
Partner with Global Legal Teams to create a customer-centric, compliant, and optimized experience wherever in the world customers access it from
Interface with engineering teams to clearly convey requirements and provide insight into business rationale/benefits, including presenting at large planning events & to senior management
Ensure features are backed by important metrics, and that success is measured on an ongoing basis
Manage a backlog of epics and features, as well as driving prioritization in alignment with an identified short term monetization plan
Continually learn and develop in order to be a subject matter expert with respect to the competition and technology around digital retail and conversion optimization
Be responsible for the backlog of initiatives and features and drive prioritization

Since the release of the PS1 in 1994, PlayStation has been a consistent leader in the video gaming market. Its consoles are iconic in the gaming community - PlayStation has produced both the top-selling and fastest-selling console of all time - and the company is still pushing boundaries. Its current flagship - the PS5 - promises to revolutionise gaming, featuring new technology that will create improvements across the board.

As well as its consoles, PlayStation has also developed online services, connecting its users and giving them access to diversified media. A PlayStation can be used for a huge range of activities - from Netflix to guided workouts - which has led to the expansion of the company's audience over time and across generations.

PlayStation faces competition in its field from the likes of Microsoft, with its Xbox range, and PC gaming, which has been becoming more popular in recent years. Regardless, PlayStation shows no signs of slowing down. The upcoming implementation of in-game ads in free games looks to significantly increase revenue, and the wider PlayStation gaming experience also appears to be evolving from plans to launch live service games in upcoming years.
