Role
Who you are
- We’re now looking for a skilled and motivated Brand & Marketing Designer to join our creative team and bring our visual identity to life across every touchpoint
- Experience in brand or marketing design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and strategic work across different media and formats
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and basic video/motion editing tools, as well as proficiency with AI tools and a curious mindset to experiment with new technologies
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, applied across digital and print projects
- Familiar with HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, or CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS for understanding layouts and collaborating with developers
- Solid knowledge of preparing artwork for print, including bleed, CMYK, dpi, and meeting technical specifications
- Highly organised, proactive, and efficient in managing multiple projects and deadlines, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in both German and English (C1 or above)

- As our Brand & Marketing Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating our brand strategy into compelling, consistent visuals
- You’ll work across print, digital, social, and presentation formats—contributing to both day-to-day marketing needs and high-impact brand initiatives
- Digital & Social Media Content Creation: Design a wide range of branded content from social media assets (primarily LinkedIn, including image posts, carousels, and motion graphics) to high-performing marketing emails with clear structure and cross-platform compatibility
- Video & Motion Design: Edit and create engaging short-form videos and motion graphics, utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
- Web & UI Mockups Design: Design high-fidelity wireframes and mockups in Figma for our web- and, landing pages, as well as digital campaigns, collaborating closely with our developers
- Visualize data & complex content: Develop infographics and visual assets that make complex information clear, engaging, and easy to understand
- Print Design: Create and prepare print-ready assets such as flyers, brochures, event signage, merchandise, and large-scale backdrops
- Marketing & Sales Collateral Design: Create visually compelling materials to support marketing and sales - including presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint), case studies, and internal materials. Ensure all content is on-brand and well-structured, using tools such as Adobe InDesign
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints while working closely with teams across marketing, content, product, and sales
