Who you are
- Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Braze, is an advantage
- 1+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or push notification marketing

What the job involves
- Hey there! We're on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious CRM specialist to come aboard our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for managing customer data, executing CRM campaigns, and analyzing customer behavior to help drive our business growth
- This role is perfect for a young and talented individual who's passionate about marketing and customer experience, and is looking to build a career in AI/mobile field . We can't wait to hear from you
- Manage end-to-end email and push notification campaigns (with a focus on Android) including creating and scheduling content, designing templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance
- Analyze data and conduct A/B tests to optimize email and push notification campaigns for maximum impact
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns
- Write compelling and actionable content for our CRM campaigns while also being adept at working with multiple languages
- Develop a comprehensive customer segmentation and deliver different messages according to the different lifecycle stages
- Manage our CRM tool, Braze, to ensure its fullest potential is being utilized
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
