• You have worked on customer facing digital products and thrive on translating complex concepts into simple experiences
• You have a talent for simple, expressive and beautiful design
• You hate the legal system and believe it needs to fundamentally change
• You're an independent thinker and problem solver with the confidence and ability to investigate and design solutions for our unique industry
• You're curious and empathetic to non-technical users, with experience designing for a wide range of customers

Desirable

• Working directly with the CTO and product team to contribute to product direction, customer experience and visual appeal
• Designing our web and mobile interfaces and translating our complex requirements and processes into simple interfaces
• Understanding and talking our users to test designs and find usability issues
• Building reusable and well-considered components and design architecture/systems across all of our products
• Self-sufficiently taking problems and objectives and ideating and building their solutions
• Working in an agile, supportive team that moves fast and has ambitious goals
