Who you are
- Leadership experience in go-to-market or product marketing management
- A track record in building Product Marketing Strategy that has had a clearly monitored and demonstrated impact
- Experience operating in a fast-paced and sometimes ambigious environment
- Experience in driving teams of diverse individuals towards high performance, based on respect and care
- Demonstrated ability to interact with C-Levels and senior leadership
- User-centric and used to conducting user interviews to drive product recommendations
- Ability to be both hands-on and in the weeds as well as think high-level and strategically
- Clear and concise communication skills - experience in an international company (especially FR/UK/US) is a big plus
What the job involves
- Setting a clear vision and strategic direction
- Overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for all products and feature releases
- Leading product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development across target markets
- Ensuring consistent and impactful product marketing execution across two platforms
- Building and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge bases and enablement programs for revenue teams
- Demonstrating strong cross-functional alignment with Product, Revenue, and Leadership teams to drive organisational success
- Owning customer and user feedback loopsto nurture our product roadmap and future developments
- Continuously monitoring the competitive landscape and emerging market trends to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business direction
- Conducting market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats
- Translating market insights into strategic recommendations for product roadmap and business strategy
- Being the voice of our customers and users
- Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within your team. Driving the development of high-performing team members, ensuring their professional growth and career advancement
