- 5+ years in a customer success role, with a proven track record in working with global enterprise clients
- Experience with change management, specifically driving customer accountability and new use case applications for a software product
- Possess a proactive mindset with a drive to innovate, develop new processes, and take on strategic initiatives aimed at achieving future-focused business outcomes
- Demonstrate strong project and time management skills with the ability to self-start, own tasks, and deliver successful results for customers
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers
- Strong affinity with the software industry and understanding of B2B relationships
- Full working proficiency in Spanish is a plus

What the job involves
- In this role, you are part of a fast-growing Customer Success team and build strong relationships with marquee logos within our key enterprise accounts
- You take responsibility for the Customer Success strategy and the continuous growth of our existing customer portfolio of teams in Audit, Advisory, and Tax
- Your efforts will drive customer value and outcomes as well as uncover additional uses for our product
- Enterprise Account Planning: Develop and execute success plans specifically designed for our strategic customers to drive deep adoption of our product into their workflows. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop the Customer Success strategy and to drive customer engagement
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning customer business goals with our product roadmap and success plans
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior decision-makers to drive partnership growth, advocacy, and mutual value creation
- Revenue Expansion: Drive customer expansion by identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and additional value-added services. Collaborate closely with other GTM teams to maximize value from these high-profile accounts
- Customer Advocacy: Establish and grow a customer advocacy program within strategic customers. Leverage success stories and testimonials to highlight the impact of DataSnipper's solutions within this prestigious customer base
- Improve the CS organization & beyond: Create & optimize processes for the enterprise accounts team and beyond

Our take
With data having become a commodity in and of itself, infrastructure must be enforced so as to validate and contextualize it. Datasnipper does just that with its automated data validation platform for auditors.
Repetitive manual work in auditing means decreased efficiency and slower results. Auditors must reconcile data by cross-referencing it with that of older systems, verifying this data with documentation such as invoices, bank statements and previous contracts. Datasnipper’s platform uses intelligent automation that translates these documents directly into Excel spreadsheets, helping auditors make informed decisions at a faster rate.
Initially launched from Bootstrap, Datasnipper has successfully raised to Series B and has had a strong few years since. It doubled its revenue and customer base and reached Unicorn Status, indicating the auditing industry’s embrace of AI as a tool.
On top of this success, it recently announced a collaboration with Microsoft to bring AI agents into audit and finance workflows. The moves goes beyong incremental automation, positioning AI as a digital teammate embedded directly into everyday tools like Excel. With trust and adoption of AI continuing to rise across the sector, this partnership shows just how must of a leading role DataSnipper is playing in shaping the future of audit and finance.
