Who you are
- We are looking for a self-starter with a contagious work ethic, fantastic verbal & written skills and can excel at working across teams to manage escalations with sales, support & engineering
- BS technical degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of above-quota renewals experience
- Deep knowledge of current security solutions
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders
- Enterprise sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of decision makers
- Superb organizational and reporting skills
- Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
- "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
- Prior startup experience
- Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of a channel-centric GTM approaches
- Smart, funny, technical, passionate about security!
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, Turkish is a bonus!
What the job involves
- In this exciting new position, you will proactively communicate with customers to ensure an on-time contract renewal, maintain an on-going relationship with customers/partners to communicate new features and work closely with our sales & customer success teams to reduce churn and find opportunities to up-sell to maximise revenue for the company
- Adding to that you'll work closely with regional and national partners to ensure they are aware of future renewals and when needed assist them with closing and finding up-sell opportunities
- Use Salesforce.com to accurately manage your leads, activities & renewals pipeline
- Execute the renewals process by proactively contacting customers prior to expiration
- Maximise revenue by uncovering and executing opportunities to upsell
- Provide a best in class customer experience for both customers and partners
- Maintain an accurate forecast
- Escalate customer issues to support, customer success or engineering for a speedy and satisfactory resolution for the customer

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company expanded the scope of its business from the endpoint security market to three markets valued at a combined $30 billion, including the corporate endpoint security and IT operations management markets. This gives SentinelOne a bigger potential customer base, although it also puts them in direct competition with more focused cybersecurity companies, in addition to its biggest competitor, CrowdStrike.
When the company went public in 2021, it made financial headlines as the highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever, which gave SentinelOne a market capitalisation of $10 billion. However, it's since fallen to around $ 4 billion. It has subsequently launched S Ventures, a $100M fund, through which SentinelOne invests in cybersecurity startups and has expanded its partnership with major tax firm KPMG to accelerate cyber investigations and responses to threats.
